Although Google Chrome has not officially announced fully support for addon extensions, but some web developers have developed addons . Today I’ll share with you a very powerful feature weather addon – AniWeather, the first one Chrome weather addon on the web. After you install this addon, you can very easily see the 5-day weather forecast with real time condition updated around the world, and it’s highly customizable. The weather information in vivid animations.
- Addon installed, the lower-left corner of the browser will display the current weather and temperature; the mouse moved to a small icon will appear in detail in today’s weather conditions, and even the wind direction, wind speed, but here is no humidity.
- Click on the weather conditions in detail, it will result in the future, including 5 of the world today, including details of future weather conditions, the interface is very friendly, and thunderstorms have lightning weather effects.
- If you mouse over the weather icon, it will enter the settings page. You can also customize the preference like temperature and wind speed display unit. It’s supported by weather.com and there are more than 77,000 locations worldwide weather forecasts you can switch to in one click only.

Twurn – A Twitter App Helps You To Make Decision
Twurn is a funny but sometimes very helpful Twitter app to help you make decision, resolve heated debates such as who has to make the coffee, and then tweets the outcome to everyone involved. It was developed by a London-based web development company Harmonypark uses True Randomness to decide whose twurn it is to do something. Once you have entered a task to twurn, the eternal mystery of Atmospheric Noise is used to create a truly random and outcome, and then Twurn tweets the task and who has to perform it. You just enter a task and enter the names for the pool of contestants. You can enter people’s twitter IDs (e.g. @blogreign), or just their name if they aren’t on Twitter. It’s that simple!
Greeting Your New Visitors With WP Greet Box Plugin
WP Greet Box lets you show a different greeting message to your new visitors depending on their referrer url. For example, the visitor will see a message reminding them to digg your post when they click through from Digg. When a visitor clicks through from Twitter, they will see a message suggesting them to twit the post and follow you on Twitter. The plugin can help you target your visitors and increase the interaction with the visitors. The author just released the new enhancement version. The installation is very simple, once active the plugin, go directly to the admin panel to customize your very personally greeting messages.

WordPress 2.8 Candidate 1 Released
Ryan Boren announced the WordPress 2.8 Candidate 1 was released, you can download it and report any bug to them. And the complete version will be released on Wednesday the 10th June, 2 days later. Have you tested the Candidate 1 already?
