The Sliding Panel Plugin, was coded by Justin Tadlock at ThemeHybrid, adds a panel that opens and closes to the top of your WordPress blog with a simple mouse click. It’s an ideal plugin for you to add additional content like category list, welcome messages, search form or anything you want in a cool sliding panel. Sliding Panel is powered by jQuery JavaScript library and is completely widgets supported. Anyway Sliding Panel is working on WordPress 2.8+ only, so make sure to upgrade your blog to the latest WordPress version first.
