Identify a Font with WhatFontIs.com

WhatFontIs.com is a new free service that you can upload an image with the font you are looking for, or just specify a URL with the image. And then it can help you identifying or finding alternatives of a font. The text of image you submit must be writen in one line and saved in jpeg, gif or png format. WhatFontIs also offers the option to include only free and/or commercial fonts in the results. There is more than 70,000 fonts inside the “All Fonts” database. Anyway, WhatFontIs is still a beta version, you should note that the limitations including the text must be horizontal; the resolution for the letter must be over 80 pixels for best results; the letters must not be touching, the background color must be lighter than the characters color; and the resolution for the letter must be over 80 pixels for best results.
