CSS frameworks are the consequence of repeated ready-made Cascading Style Sheets library that helps designers and developers get faster for designing and outlaying a webpage. Elastic CSS Framework is a simple CSS framework to layout web-based interfaces for creating elastic, fixed and liquid layouts with various column layout. It based on the printed layout techniques of 4 columns but with capabilities to unlimited column combinations.
